Flamingo Pond Lookout

We drove around Anegada making the full circle and I must say this was probably one of the nicest surprises while on the island! This is a legitimate vista point with the adjustable "monocular" that will allow you to see the birds from a very very far!

What makes me so excited here? well one is you do get to see the birds and it's always fun, but it really is the rest that makes this place a fun stop - the drawings on the bridge, the water colors, the shoreline views and the pretty much "brand new" structure for a higher vintage point - no coins here, it's all free just drive east from the ferry terminal or southwest from the airport - you can't miss it!
